Senior Nutrition Center

Daily, seniors adults gather at the center to social, for activities, for education and for connection. For those seniors that live within a 3 mile radius of the center, transportation is provided by Presa. Our hours of operation for the Senior Nutrition Center are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-12:30 pm. Daily, the center delivers hot meals to homebound senior adults who are unable to attend the center. Notary public services are also available for senior adults and other clients at no cost at the center.

Activities:
There are many activities available for
seniors who attend the center.

On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, bingo is played.

There are computer classes on Thursday for seniors wanting to learn how to operate a computer, how to do email
and other computer skills.

Exercise classes are held daily as well as access to state of the art exercise bikes and treadmills every day. Salsa classes are held every Thursday.

We have a billiard room and pool team that competes with other senior center teams. Some of the seniors participate in arts and crafts, making jewelry and other items to sell at local community events. For all holidays, dances are held to celebrate each occasion. The Seniors have a live band or a DJ provide music for their celebrations.  There is a monthly birthday party held to celebrate all birthdays for that month.

There is no charge for the services. Donations are accepted.
